The restaurant is situated in a charming Majorcan house that exudes a rustic ambiance, complete with a lovely backyard boasting scenic views of the valley and its iconic orange groves. The chef-owner, Xisco Martorell, showcases his contemporary take on Mallorcan cuisine with creative flair, presented through two tasting menus. Guests have the option to choose between a simple menu during lunch hours or a slightly more elaborate one for dinner service.

Their specialty lies in the art of skewer preparation - a form of "micro-gastronomy" that involves crafting small, intricate dishes made to order. Ca'n Pintxo translates to "House of Skewers" in Majorcan, with the term "Pintxo" derived from its Basque spelling.

Another amazing restaurant, that sadly has been shut down the last few years, is the Salvia Hotel restaurant. We hope they will open up the restaurant again during 2024, as it’s definitely a spot we miss.

Another place that shut its doors during 2022, is the amazing Japanese restaurant Aires de Japón, as of now we don’t know for sure if they will open up again, but on their Instagram bio they have written to their followers to keep their eyes pealed for the next opening.
